About us

N&Z SHOP LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, operating from Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. We sell pet, beauty, mobile, home and garden products and deliver across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Products and prices

• All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).
• We try to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
• We may change prices or remove products at any time. A price change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.

How ordering works

• Add items to your cart and press "Order on WhatsApp". This sends us your order request.
• Your order is accepted only when we confirm it to you on WhatsApp.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, or we cannot reach you to confirm. We will tell you if this happens.
• You can cancel an order on WhatsApp any time before it is shipped.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery. You pay the delivery person the total confirmed on WhatsApp when your order arrives.

Using our site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, copy its content for resale, or interfere with how it works. The N&Z SHOP name, logo, text and images belong to us or are used with permission.
