Shipping Policy

We deliver to your door across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, and you pay when the order arrives.

Where we deliver

• United Arab Emirates (all emirates)
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

If your address is outside these areas, message us first and we will tell you if we can help.

Delivery time

• UAE: usually 3 to 7 working days after we confirm your order.
• Saudi Arabia: usually 7 to 14 working days after we confirm your order, because of cross-border handling.

These are estimates. Public holidays, weather and courier delays can add time. We tell you on WhatsApp if your order is delayed.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises at the door.

Cash on delivery

You pay the delivery person in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the confirmed total ready. Your order total is the amount confirmed with you on WhatsApp.

Order tracking

Once your order ships we send you the courier details on WhatsApp. For updates at any time, message us in the same chat.

If you are not available

The courier will contact you using the phone number you gave us. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us and cancelled. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.

Damaged or wrong parcel

Check your parcel when it arrives. If something is wrong, see our Refund & Return Policy or message us on WhatsApp with photos.
