Where We Ship
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates, with select items also available for delivery to Saudi Arabia and internationally on request.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
- UAE: 1-4 business days
- Saudi Arabia: 3-7 business days
- Remote areas: may require additional 1-2 days
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders – look for the free shipping badge at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We support Cash on Delivery for UAE orders. A small COD handling fee may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with our courier partner right away.
